Help

Questions parents ask.

Short answers first. The size guide, cleaning, and damage policy pages have the rest.

How it works

What is Turnzi?

A children’s clothing membership. You pay monthly for a rotating wardrobe in their current size. Pieces stay ours. You wear them for 30 days, then keep any piece at the member price or send the rest back.

How does a box get filled?

Browse, pick a size, and add pieces to your box. Each plan has a set number of slots. Request the box when you are ready. If a size is out, that slot stays and we fill around it.

How many items can be at home?

Your plan sets how many pieces can stay at home. After 30 days from ship, you can keep any piece at the member price or send the leftover pieces back.

Sizing

Which sizes do you carry?

Toddler 2T through kid 8 today. Baby sizes appear in the filter when we have stock.

What happens when they grow?

Update their sizing profile. After the 30-day hold, send remaining pieces back from the box. We email a prepaid return label. Then we pack the next box from the pieces you added.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

Turnzi ships to street addresses in the United States only.

Returns and refills

What is the box?

The box is the slots you fill for the next shipment. Adding a piece does not reserve a garment. Saving a style also does not reserve a garment. We pack the pieces in your box when you request it.

How do I send a box back?

After the 30-day hold, send remaining pieces back from the box. We send a prepaid label. Pack every leftover piece, drop it off, and we refill from the pieces you added. Return postage is included.

Billing and pausing

When am I charged?

On the membership start date, then each billing period after that. Sending a box back does not add a separate charge. Keeping a piece is a one-time purchase at the member price.

How do I update a card?

Open billing on your account and use the billing portal. Stripe holds the card. We never see the number.

Can I pause or cancel?

Yes, from billing. A cancel takes effect at the end of the current period. Return every piece when that period ends.

Cleaning and damage

How do you clean returned clothes?

Every piece is inspected, then cleaned, before it goes back into a box. Everyday spills are part of the plan. The cleaning page has the process, detergent, and what happens to stains.

What if something is damaged?

Grass, food, and light wear are expected. Holes, broken hardware, and stains that will not wash may be repaired, retired, or billed up to the buy-it price. See the damage policy.
