Terms of use.

Membership is for parents and caregivers in the United States dressing children in sizes 2T through 8. You must be 18 or older to open an account.

Pieces in your box stay ours. Wear them for 30 days from ship, then keep any piece at the member price or send the rest back with the prepaid label. Return every leftover piece when the membership ends.

Your plan sets how many items can be at home. After the 30-day hold you can keep pieces or send the leftover box back.

Availability changes as other families return pieces. A piece in your box can sit until that size is back.

Keep the leftover pieces together. Send the remaining box back on one label. If a piece is missing, see the damage policy.

Use the Turnzi return label we send. Do not ship pieces back on your own carrier account unless we ask you to.

Memberships renew each month until you cancel. Prices are shown at checkout. Stripe processes payment. We store a Stripe customer id, not your full card number.

You can pause or cancel from billing. A cancel takes effect at the end of the current period. Return every piece when the period ends.

Failed payments can interrupt new boxes until the invoice is paid.

Pieces arrive clean. How we wash them is on the cleaning page. Follow the care label while the piece is with you.

Check each piece before the child wears it. Pull anything with a loose snap, trailing thread, or damaged hardware and set it aside for return.

Keep your email current. Child profiles should describe the children you dress with this membership. Do not share your login.

We can close an account that misses returns, skips invoices, or misuses the wardrobe.

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. Using Turnzi after a change means you accept the new terms.
